Sören Kierkegaard (Fynn, 1974) made an attempt to answer the question, ‘What is truth?’ He said truth is what ennobles, in other words, that which makes you a better being.
Our experience of life is that truth sets us free, leaving no baggage to carry to the next day, the next month or the next year. Without baggage we can move in the light of God’s creation, the rose.
In fact all creation have some means of communication with one another and with God and man (Job 38:7). This will be more in evidence after the curse is removed from all creation.
The child to me is in the words of the poet Myesha Jenkins:
"it is the vulnerability of your innocence that I vow to protect
for I value the peace that I find in your laughter
seek courage in the fierceness of your tight hug
am inspired by the directness of your truth."
